To be mature one doesn't have to be "old", and being "old" doesn't guarantee maturity. Our maturity is directly related to our efforts to live according to the "golden rule" and implementation of the fruit of the spirit in our lives. The more we dedicate ourselves to living God's way the more mature we will be and surely some young people may be much maturer that some of the older ones among them.
